PillPal

PillPal is designed as a local-first application. Your medication records, dose history, reminder schedules, and adherence data are stored exclusively on your device. PillPal has no user account, no sign-in, and no server that stores your personal information.

• Apple Speech Recognition — Optional; used only if you choose voice input and on-device recognition is unavailable. Governed by Apple's privacy policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).

This app is available exclusively on the United States App Store.

PillPal is intended for users aged 18 and older. Users under 13 are not permitted to use this app. PillPal does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used PillPal, please contact us at support.pillpal@gmail.com so we can address this promptly.

PillPal is distributed exclusively on the United States App Store. California residents have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to know what personal information is collected — see "Data Stored On Your Device" above
• Right to delete personal information — use Settings → Delete Data → Delete All My Data
• Right to opt out of sale — PillPal does not sell your data to any third party

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) applies to covered entities — healthcare providers, health plans, and healthcare clearinghouses — and their business associates who handle Protected Health Information (PHI) on their behalf. Adigopula Solutions is not a covered entity, and PillPal is not a business associate of any covered entity.

Medication data you enter into PillPal is stored exclusively on your device as personal wellness notes. It is not transmitted to, processed by, or stored on any server operated by Adigopula Solutions or any covered entity. HIPAA protections and obligations therefore do not apply to PillPal.

This Privacy Policy may be updated when new versions of PillPal are released. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of PillPal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Use of PillPal is entirely voluntary and at your sole discretion.

PillPal grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use this application on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms of Use.

This license is granted in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms of Service and the Apple App Store Review Guidelines. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit this application.

This agreement is concluded between you and Adigopula Solutions only, and not with Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for PillPal.

PillPal integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

• OpenFDA API (open.fda.gov) — U.S. Government public domain drug label data. When FDA Label Lookup is enabled, PillPal sends medication name text and optional brand name text only; it does not send user identity, dose history, schedules, device identifiers, or location.
• Apple Speech Recognition — Optional; used only when you choose voice input

PillPal is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

These Terms may be updated with new versions of PillPal. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. For material changes — including changes to data handling or your rights — PillPal will display a notice within the app. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should delete the application and discontinue use. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
